If available, ask someone else to measure you. Measure over the intended undergarments. Use these exact measurements when selecting your size. Bust: Measure around the fullest part, across the shoulder blades. Waist: Measure around your normal waistline keeping the tape comfortably loose. Hips: Measure around the fullest part, usually 22cm to 23cm below the waistline, but varies for different body shapes.
